Southwestern Pasta Bowls

Southwestern Pasta Bowls
8 oz (2+ cups) uncooked pasta
1 c chunky style salsa
1/2 c frozen corn
1/2 c thinly sliced onion
1 c cooked, shredded chicken
1/4 c water
2 TB chili sauce (we just used taco sauce since we like it a little milder)
1/2 tsp cumin
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
chopped fresh cilantro
*grated cheese and sour cream if desired

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile saute onion then add to same pan salsa, corn, water, chili/taco sauce, cumin, chicken, and beans. Heat through. Divide pasta into bowls and top with bean mixture. Garnish with cilantro, cheese, and sour cream.
